Packages are usually shipped within 2 to 4 days After receipt of payment via La Poste or Mondial Relais.

Return and After-sales service:

You benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 15 working days for one or more items that would not satisfy you, resulting from a defect in the product or to make an exchange.

Upon receipt we will refund your purchase.

Your item has a defect:

Contact us at: contact@aktos-equipement.com  to detail the defect encountered (a photo of the product with its defect would be a plus).

We will send you a return slip to avoid shipping costs.

Upon receipt we will proceed to its replacement and shipment (no repair) under the best and according to the availability of our suppliers.

You will be able to follow the progress of your After-sales service on your personal account.

Exchange request:

If you wish to exchange your product for another, return it to us at: Aktos Equipement – 4 impasse Naudy – 31190 Auterive in its original package with its labels specifying the desired item; the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Upon receipt we will proceed to the exchange under the best delays and according to the availability of our suppliers, the shipping costs will be at our expense.
